I think you've got a nice start to your bedroom but you are probably feeling like it is sterile because there isn't a lot of color or different textures to your room. Here's a quick pic thrown together with more color and layers added to give you an idea.

I understand it's pretty tight in there but if you can move your bed away from the window wall a couple of inches and add curtains hung higher, wider and all the way to the ground, it would look better too.

How often do you have sleepover guests? Consider installing a Murphy bed to create more WFH office space.

would you post a floorplan drawing with measurements of the room? It could be there’s a better furniture arrangement. Is that a full or queen bed? Does partner need to participate in any video calls ./ meetings? Does that mirror need to be on the wall or can it be on back of door or ……?

ETA - yes, please do remove everything from windowsill. That’s clutter

I would have chosen different bedding.

Move the plants over by the window. get a cozy rug. Toss any fake plants.

1. If have guests? Turn the bed where desk is at. Move the desk to the wall where mirror is at. Take the mirror out not helping anyone. Out curtain rod higher and longer curtains kiss floor and rug. Get some color in there too picture of outside in like floral painting of say meadow of flowers draw some colors to curtain color. I usually use like a sof sage green, browns (wood into the room).
