Hmmm...I think this test is extremely optimistic. Thanks for posting the link, though.

A bit of sunshine on a cloudy, snowy day: Mine said I was 51 which is ten years less than my actual age. I'll take it.

"ten years less than my actual age."

Mine too. I noticed that there was no option for yearly dental checkups - it went from q6m to 'irregularly'

I registered 10 years younger than my age but ironically I suffered multiple strokes before I was even 50(congenital heart and clotting disease). The unsettling reality is no matter what we eat and how often we exercise, genetics and luck have a lot more to do with our longevity and health. It does not hurt to live healthily but it can give a false sense of control over our mortality. Society has been lead to believe that thinner equals better longevity when in reality slightly over weight people actually live long than both obese or thinner people do.

Seems like the results flatter to get everyone to sign up for the app.

I did several different tests just to be sure. I scored between the lowest was ten younger the highest was 20 younger and my life expectancy was over 100. I think this may make sense because I am much healthier at my age than either of my parents or my grandparents and both my father and his mother lived into their mid 90s and while my mother died at 82 (chronic rheumatoid and a bad car accident), she had an aunt who lived to be 103.

I imagine everyone gets 10 years younger. I think wildchild is right.

I only got five years younger. Maybe I was too honest about my wine consumption.

The drink question was silly. It was no drink at all or some quantity every day. No option for just a couple of days a week.

I got five years younger. The questions are too general to give an accurate health age, I think. But it was fun to take and see the results. Thanks, Nicole.

I also got ten years younger. It's not an accurate test.

Every test seems to go from a drink more or less daily to none. There may statistically be no difference between someone who has a drink on the weekend and someone who has none, for an estimate like this.

My profession has a rubric to estimate progression of a disease process and it's zero cigarettes vs. more than 10 per day (so zero to over 70 per week) and HbA1c of greater than 7, and doesn't seem to contribute differently between 6 or 5 and 7 even though they make these distinctions in diabetes itself.

I too tested 10 years younger. I'm underweight and feel a little short on stamina and strength right now. I've never had high blood pressure or high cholesterol but what did have 15 years ago was a mild heart attack. I feel OK and sleep well but I would not say at my best right now, I rarely feel my best in winter - it is not my best time of year. There was something oversimplified about that test and Wildchild may very well be right 😊

Mine said 5 years younger. Good thing no one here got older as a result.
