Be careful with the 75" height on that type of door. The opening under the track for the rollers will only be about 70 1/2" clearance. Anyone who is 6ft tall will be ducking under that.

They do make the Gemini in a 79" tall unit which has 3/8 glass.

I have sold both and they are a really nice product. We have had no issues at all.

Thanks for the reply Debbi. I like the 79" tall which has 3/8 glass but my ceiling height is only 8ft so it would be too tight. My only concern is the thickness @6mm, would it be wobbly?

It is not too tight. You would still have about 11" if on a 6" curb.

I have never had anyone tell me the doors are wobbly. They are secured by a guide plate on the bottom and the track on top.

I can only say that my customers have never told me they didn't like it. That's all I can go by .

Just received two quotes on our 6 sets of shower/bath doors. All were 10mm, the default thickness.

But with the prices--and all the "fun" of keeping glass clean--we're instantly cutting the number to four. Two if it were my choice alone!

Did you price custom or stock glass? Stock sized shower doors will be less expensive.

Most shower door companies have a protection applied to the glass to make them easier to clean - a squeegee will be your friend!
