Are these exterior colors cartoonish?

Hey, all. I have a light green house white trim and raspberry pink door.( Will try to upload photos.) I'm getting bahama hurricane shutters the side that needs light and privacy - adjustable for light. I think the aqua are pretty and refreshing yet I don't want my house (which being small already has a " cute vibe) to be cartoonish by having 4 colors if you count white. I know three is the number of colors advised. I am also considering white shutters. I may get a wood-tone done, eventually.Front already has hurricane windows.Might get aqua or white non- functional shutters for that.Photos might come separately. I'm outside with cat on a leash, so let's what I manage here.
Actually, I don't see an option to attach photo. I'll do that from my computer in a few.

It is a matter of aesthetic preference. I would never put aqua on this house because I just can't handle bright colors or pastel colors. BUT, if you love it, I don't think it would look wrong. You house will just be the creative one on the street. Yes to wood eventually. For now, I would do white, but you gotta go with what you love.

I would stick with white shutters. And I like your pink door - it made me smile. Get a welcome mat that is colorful, and see if you can refresh the landscaping a bit. Include some pink flowers. It’s a cute house!

If you found a turquoise very light and close to the color of your house, it would look great.

I hadn't thought about the size of the door light., lisedv. In fact, my nephew just painted and installed that for me, but as i consider this, i think you're right.

The aqua shutters are light. I plan to keep them down with open blades, tilted for privacy and filtering light. They'll function like a plantation shutter, but exterior - and most importantly, they'll be CAT 5 rated. They will be only on the west where the heat gain is monstrous coming into the house,

I'm inclining toward white now because as beautiful and fresh as the aqua is, I begin to wonder about contrast with my living room since they will always be seen through that window. I have hurricane windows on front, so when i get shutters for the front windows, they need only be deorative - much cheaper. I love what you put together lisd. Thanks to all for helping me think. I welcome any more thoughts.

I agree with you, Sigrid, that the light aqua can look beautiful with the light green.

Needsa bit of clean up and landscaping but I think it kind of suits the house . For sure if you live in South Bech this would be perfect. I love some personality when not in some goofy HOA so I say go for it.
