Hello all. New homeowner here.
Planning some minor changes mostly in finishes, like replacing countertops and backsplash (but not cabinets), replacing partial house floorings, painting a couple of walls, maybe redoing a shower. Miscellaneous things all over the house, but not a major full house renovation. This is typically too small for hiring a general contractor. Do you have any recommendations for managing these renovations? I feel overwhelmed having to find a countertop guy, a tile guy, and a flooring guy, etc, in addition to picking out the materials I want.
