Not sure what style you’re going for and lighting is very personal but I think there are nicer options out there - the shiny black base looks a bit cheap to be and will be very noticeable against a white ceiling. would you want to get furniture in and then decide?

The crystal chandelier that’s in there now was requested to be removed.
The apartment is for a tenant I’m not sure what furniture they have.
At the end of the room there’s a large white ball fixture which one of them liked so I thought I’d keep in line with the globe circular shape.
I am happy to hear any suggestions or if you want to include any photos that would be great /budget is limited

I’d choose a style that suits the other light, as you mentioned they like it. I thought this one was interesting/suited and is not expensive. Sorry, couldn’t attach the link.

It looks likke a staircase light IMO so I would keep looking . Who is your demographic for renters ?

It's tricky to have a hanging fixture like this when the ceiling is so low. The bottom globe should be about 30" above the table top.

My tenant chose something different ( I gave them a choice )
I do however like these. When I entered round ball light fixtures I didn’t see that one.
They chose the one below. The glass globes still have to be put on.

Just the one on the far left has been attached so far /they need to be dusted somehow even though they were new.

All depends on the style and size of the table which you do not show.

Renting my apt. It’s empty. Don’t know what table they have.

If the apartment is furnished I suggest you wait to see what the furniture will look like before starting to replace light fixtures.
