I’m working on designing a villa in Greece that I plan to rent out, and I’ve been diving deep into inspiration for that relaxed, luxury-Mediterranean vibe. Think lots of natural light, whitewashed walls, stone floors, open-air spaces, and of course… a pool with a view 😍

While browsing, I found Villa Rentals, and their properties are seriously stunning. It’s basically the aesthetic I’m going for—clean, elegant, cozy-but-upscale kind of feel.

Just wondering—has anyone here worked on or rented out a place like this? Or maybe even listed with Villa Rentals before? I’d love some tips on:

• Design ideas that guests love (and that hold up well!)
• What features really make a difference in bookings
• Any advice on materials that work well in the Greek climate
• What you’d do differently if you had to start over

I want it to feel like a dream stay for guests but also make sense from a design + maintenance point of view. Would love to hear your thoughts!
