To me the fluted wood is a nightmare to keep clean if kids are involved , how it stands up to moisture has more to do with the actual finish on the wood . Grovves are more difficult to clean anywhere but it looks interesting to me and the storage inside looks awesome I used Godmorgon from Ikea often for clients and the one thing always was the fabulous types of storage that fit in the drawers . I say go for it it is interesting for sure.

Bathrooms with grooming products equals grime to be rid of EVERY week, bare minimum, I wipe down the face of a vanity at least that often, and sometimes more.

It's hair product over spray and a lot more which is also a dust magnet. I'd save the look for a powder room.....or buy a spare toothbrush. You'll NEED it: )
