removal of patina

Has anyone been successful in removing the patina from a honed Caeserstone countertop (I have Airy Concrete)? Their online materials says contact Customer Care to instructions but they do not respond. The reps I can contact just copy the page from on line regarding using SoftScrub. It does not work on buildup. Is there a secret way to get the messy blotchy areas cleaned up? Thanks!
