Contact Replacements China online. You can upload a picture to them; they might be able to identify the pattern.

My experience is that china is worth more if it has a name you recognize on the bottom, even if your unknown china is much prettier than the stuff with a known name on it.

Sadly, people don't use fancy china any more and it's not worth much.

I don't think that's right - I did an image search for Royal Worcester Regency Green and none of the results were in that pattern, tho there's a green border that looks similar.

Agree, it’s not Regency Green. It’s a pretty pattern — looks christmas-y to me. I’ve done several searches but haven’t found anything similar. The edge reminds me of a set my sister had with a dark blue rim. Hers were old decades ago when she inherited them, but they had no bottom markings either.
