What type of interior door and door handle goes with this trim?

We replaced windows with the trim pictured and are getting ready to replace doors with this trim, but I'm not sure what door style (e.g., 2 panel, 5 panel, shaker) and doorknobs go with this look. Our home is builder grade so we don't really have a set "style" of house.
