How wide is each window?

Yes, one for each window. I am guessing custom, since they are so narrow.

The windows look to be about 36" wide, so I would do one for both windows.

The problem is that you may not have enough room above the windows to stack the Roman shades when they are fully retracted. You would have to measure the space, and then find a ready-made shade that is no longer than the space, or have it custom made. Even if custom made there may not be enough room.

I would have a faux Roman valance made, mount it just under the ceiling molding, and then get a blackout cellular shade or roller shade placed underneath to open and close. They are much smaller when retracted than blinds or roman shades.

I might do a simple roller shade with some pretty little curtains on top
