I have a Bain Ultra DeVille and I’m concerned about the MIA placement

I am having a Bain Ultra DeVille installed and my contractor wants to install th Mia in the tiled wall has anyone else done this? Can you share a photo please? What happens if it breaks?

It's alcove? It is free standing? It is WHERE in the bath you are doing......what is the MIA?

It’s an alcove. They plan to put it on the 60” tiled wall, I originally wanted it on the tub but the plumber wasn’t comfortable cutting a hole in the tub, then they wanted to put it on a wall that isn’t in reach while in the tub which was a no from me as it makes zero sense. I’m wondering if this is safe in a tub/shower combo? What if it malfunctions? This is where they plan to pug it is it safe there?
