How can I remove this vessel sink in order to center it?

What would you do?

We bought a custom vanity and sink. Our plumber installed everything (sink with silicone underneath) and lo and behold, I noticed the sink was not in line with the center cabinet. When I asked him about it he said that if he moved it more towards the left, there would be less space on the left side of the countertop compared to the right side and that would be an eyesore…The issue as to why it’s not perfectly centered is because there is an overhang on the right side and not the left since that side is up against the wall. He said he would attempt to pry it off and fix it but who knows if that process will ruin the sink and/or countertop. What would you do? Leave it? Attempt to move it? Anyone have experience in removing a vessel sink with zero issues? In a perfect world I would have them remove the sink and move it over but I dont even know if that is possible without damaging the sink or counter top.
