Need help on selection of dinning chairs and bar stools

I am interested in getting chairs with leather that are easy to clean. Confused on which of the below will look good. I am hoping to achieve a modern look. Please share your insights.
Want to get different dinning chairs open to both lighter and darker with black legs and for island I am thinking of getting darker bar stools. Also adding some pics for chairs i found so far.

The stools and chairs you have now, feel way too modern to me.

What do you think of these barstools?
I don’t think you need to do black necessarily.
But I’m going to post black ones.

I cannot unsee the spider legs on the chairs you posted and they are creeping me out a bit. :)

You have really big monolithic slabs of material - island, huge cabinets, solid black table. So, swaths of solid, upholstered leather don't do much for me in here. I'd like your chairs to have a bit of a see through element to lighten things up - either woven, open arms, contrasting wood and seat.

I'd stay away from white. I like either black or black and brown. I contrasting wood to the wood floor doesn't bother me.

CB2 stool - black leather seat

    Room and Board - Maize

    CB2 - Leather and wood

    CB2 Leather - Woven seat

Can you remove the teeny cabinet in the corner? I looks like dollhouse furniture next to your kitchen cabinets.

the spider legs are too busy for the modern table.

look for a bar height stool with a low back so you don't see it above the island top.

    both from Room & Board.

    If I may: dining

    dark frame with white:

Because the dining area is so close to the bar, consider swivel stools; should you have an overflow circulaof guests, they can swing around to join in the conversation.

I like the circle/half circle vibe.

Does these bar stools look okay or not using leather is better all together for both bar stools as well as dinning?

when we say complement each other the legs should match. So basically black metal legs as dinning has black base basedinnjng table has black baseha

You need texture and color. I would avoid dominant white leather.

the gray leather bar stools you posted from a shopping cart look like bar stools... in a bar,

Don't you want a stool/chair that looks more upscale for your home?

I was just looking for comfort so posted those. But i do like the brown ones you posted as well. Thank you.

I'm not suggesting you choose brown, most chairs /stools come in black or gray... Have you considered an upholstered fabric chair? The room doesn't appear to have any textiles.

Your table would look nice with something patterned. Did you think leather for cleaning ease or you just want something in leather? Even a color, Blue? a Bright green?

lots of options, just need to steer the conversation in the right direction.

Sometimes it's easier to omit than to choose a style.

Thanks Lyn. Leather was for cleaning ease. Thank you, I appreciate your help. I will look into more colors.

I don't think the legs have to match. They styles of the chairs should look like they are related or from the same family but I don't think that means the legs need to match.

It would be helpful to see the other side of the room too.

Sure this is the living room on the other side of dining. I was also going to change the coffee table and rug eventually. Thank you for your comment Kendrah.

Now I see the interest in the white leather. Very modern style you are after.

Yeah I really love modern style, it’s hard for me to go into colors as I cant understand what will work. May be adding colors with rug will help me, but I am still wanting something that I can easily clean.
