Its less then 15kvm so I dont need a permit in Norway. I am sure I can do this with a bit of guidance. I am a fast learner.

What are you wanting to enclose? The porch with the open space below? Are you hoping to leave the porch roof?

There are times when one thinks they can not afford to pay for something, where in reality one can not afford to NOT pay for something. In construction book knowledge never outweighs experience.

Sure, everyone has to learn sometime. I'd suggest you buy a book named Modern Carpentry. Good instructions that follow national codes and even has pictures. Gives the correct terminology for different parts of the construction. You may want to insure that the floor is insulated if necessar as it's currently a porch.

You need to start with how to build a solid foundation.

A foundation involves creating footings to support the walls. You trench down to a depth below the frost line for your area.

Since this project is in Norway it may be best to receive advice locally from those that know local building standards to address local soil conditions and climate.

What could go wrong?

I ask myself that very question every project I am involved with. In this case very large rocks is the first thing that comes to mind.

Rock costs more.

You don’t have the budget or the skill to tackle this. I suggest you do some training wheels. Get a permit for a shed. Dig a foundation for a shed. Build a shed. Doing that badly won’t completely ruin the home you live in.

Take a lot of video recordings. This could be a lucrative venture on YouTube.

Information and logic are important tools. Researching the correct way to do each part of your project is a time investment you make to save money by avoiding mistakes. It also shows the different levels of quality available for each part. When I take on a project it allows me to spend more on better materials and still pay less than having a pro supply the labor and a lesser level of material. That's rewarding every day after the job is complete.

Hey, OP! Fill us in on a little information while you do this. What is your yearly snowfall and what is the frost depth where you are? Just curious.

You can also pull your own teeth and perform surgery but now usually advisable. Even in a country with socialized medicine.

I'm sure you didn't mean 'now' usually advisable. Probably 'not'. Imo, this project is not on the same level as surgery.
