“Custom” and high wuality is not an expectation to ever have with a box store. Adequate isnt a word to ever have associated with that kind of crapola RTA.

You aren’t getting ”custom” anything backing your way down a dark crooked street.

Contact a local custom cabinet maker if you want custom cabinets.

Why did you skip the doors in the first place? I would order the doors from the cabinet place you bought them from. You will pay a lot more trying to custom match something that is not the cabinet maker's own product.

If cabinets come from one source and doors from another wouldn't that qualify as "custom" or would it require hardware from a third source ?
