How to mark areas needing attention for my painting contractor

Hi, what is the preferred method by painters and contractors to mark areas in need of attention?

Can you see any of the "issues" from standing 6' back, in normal, non glancing light? If so, then they are complete non issues. Are there humps due to a crowned stud in the framing stage? Not your painters fault . Same iwht a bad taping job from your drywallers. You cannot ask a painter to fix the issues caused by prior trades. They are there to fix the drips, runs, flashing, etc. that you can see at 6'>
