I'd take additional pictures of the bottom the area under the seat cushion, the inner fill material/construction and the area where a leg screws in when the leg is removed with the screw portion of the leg.

In the interim below are three links showing the area under the seat cushion, one of the legs which is slightly loose (I think each leg has two bolts connecting it to the main frame - you can see one in the photo), and another shot of the original black material. The sofa has been reupholstered however so I don't know how much is original. The black fabric is almost certainly the original covering though as it has been cut away to just leave the little bits you can see before the sofa was recovered with new fabric.

These pictures are construction details someone familiar with the original and any copies may be able to use to identify. your piece. Is there access to the interior fill material in the seat cushion through a zipper? The more details you can supply the better your chances are. I'd communicate with Pamono to get contact info for a person likely to help. It might be someone on their staff or a dealer they know. Or an academic or museum staff member. Send all pictures and include more. Good luck.

Small update - I think the leg which is held on with two bolts is actually a repair. I haven't quite got enough access to be sure yet but it looks like the other three legs are held on using wooden dowels. Not sure if that helps
