Looking for ideas on raising concrete floor to match higher floor.

Looking for ideas to get this floor raised to match floor height in the left side of picture. itll be around an inch or more as the floor starts to have a slight slope to the right. can i just pour over, use screed to level and finish with self leveling? any ideas are appreciated

Floor leveler. Comes In bags. You need to prime it first with the special primer.

Possibly even grind it some as well to remove the painted surface.

Ok so what is the finished floor going to be and how will this affect the door we see in the picture? You may need a transition strip

the floor will be either tile or vinyl plank. that door specifically will be replaced but i will have to take some off of the bottom to account for how much i am raising the floor.

I'd consider reframing the door opening to accept a pre-hung door. Could be pretty simple.
