Change the light bulb color from yellow to clear.

I'd match the door or darker.

You are limited with the gravel, there are only a few available.

I'd change out the light fixtures.

The same as the garge door for the beam but not sure how much choice there is in gravel color so maybe just a simple gravel and more interest with bigger planters and more interesting lights . The lights IMO should be long and wide to balance the garage door and also up and down light Those planters or jugs need to be much larger and filled to over flowing with plantings that will take you eye away from the gravel Maybe even Mexican colorful large pots

Are there lintels on other doors and/or windows? If there are, they should all be a consistent color/stain all around the house.

The lintel, should be same as door color. I dont mind the light fixtures, but, those yellow bulbs are awful, and I agree you need some Yukka in your planters. Gravel can be any light color, it doesnt have to be same color as the wood. I doubt you could even match it if you tried.
