Hi

Just purchased this new plant in a store. I have 2 questions :

1- currently placed in front of east facing window. There is a huge tree in front of that window. Keep in mind it is a cloudy day today (see pic). Will this be sufficient lighting for this plant ? I have no other windows available .

2- soil was dry so I watered it. I would say that after equivalent of 2 to 3 cups of water it started pouring out of the hole at bottom. Is that a sign that it needs to be repotted in new soil? The pot measure about 6 inches measure from top and 4 inches from bottom.

Any other advice/ suggestions are greatly appreciated
