you should also get the 10% extra if you are worried.

Personally, I don't like mesh backing on a larger tile (penny yes) but, it is better to install single tiles so you can space the tiles for a perfect fit. (using spacers to handle the space between tiles to allow for the size grout line for the look you want.

If you don't want a problem with the square tiles lining up and the thickness being the same throughout the room I advise you to purchase all your flooring tile from the same manufacturer.

I don't get the blue tile in your color scheme. I don't see how this fits in with all the black and white selected.

Try Fireclay Tile--they have matte tiles in white, black, and every color in between, in 4x4 and 6x6. Excellent tile. Also look into Sonoma Tilemakers, Waterworks, Ann Sacks and Walker Zanger.

Tilebar.com has a lot of beautiful tiles. I ordered from them for my powder room and NO tiles were broken. They’re pros at packing and shipping. They have many square tile options.

My tiles are blue hexagon.

My powder room is 9’ long, 3’ wide and has 10’ ceiling. Very close in there but using wainscoting, wallpaper, the floor blue tiles, a wall hung sink and narrow mirror, it got a new life.

I also wallpapered the ceiling.

It works with my small room.

Daltile has an 8x8 porcelian tile that is in the quartetto series I believe. It is supposed to be their concrete look. there are like 8 solid colors and many pattern colors to choose from.

I love the wallpaper on the ceiling - I saw the first two pics - and thought how amazing it would be if you had added the wallpaper to the ceiling. Then I looked down at the next two comments - of course, you added wallpaper to the ceiling!
