Am I being picky? Is it the install or my walls?

I recently had COREtec LVP installed in the whole house. I love the floors, but the floor guys are apparently not trim guys. I didnt even consider getting new baseboards and thought my options were a gap or shoe molding. I also didnt know there was a difference in shoe molding and quarter round. 🤦🏻‍♀️

After install I am now seeing these imperfections. They said our walls and baseboards ate not completely straight, causing this, but that is not what I see looking at it.

Also, they installed this milding around the cabinets in the kitchen. I asked them to fix these areas of gaps and the photo is what I cane home to.

Finally, I have them coming to fix this, but they put white molding in front of the back door and door to the garage. It looks aweful and awkward. They put a similar brown peice in front of the front door, but it is thinner and cut perfectly, and doesnt stick out. Im lile, if you can do it for the front door, do it for the other doors. Also, make it match the floors and not the baseboards.

in everyone’s opinion, should i just cut my losses and pull off the baseboards and replace them without the quarter round?
