Remodeling Design Dilemma

Can I please ask for your assistance on picking a gaf roof color?

I am considering weathered wood or pewter grey from gaf? But im open on hearing opinions on other gaf colors. Thank you so much!

What is currently the roofing material??

Because of the shadow line on the shingles, it looks like cedar shakes on the roof currently.

I've seen homes like this online for $1.4 million to $2.4 million. Seems to me that an asphalt shingle roof would be a step down from cedar shakes. Do you cheapen out on the roof replacement???

There are synthetic shakes out there that can be purchased.

There are recycled rubber roof shingles available.
