Yup, a lampshade or head in a hatbox. Looks like someone was enjoying some adult beverages or other such and watching old reruns (Lucy and the Jetsons come to mind) looking for retro inspiration the night before a design meeting.

Allow me to save you some money, too. A smaller savings, not as much as that $2600 hat. A while back someone posted about something on the Caskata website and I was smitten with some of the products and designs. I can't speak to any of their other products but do not waste your money on the travel tumblers. I looked at them with an eye to having a few around for family/friend summer visits. Easy to ID your tumbler and no sweating on table tops. Was mulling the purchase and saw 2 of them on clearance at TJMaxx, $8 ea. so grabbed them - I'm no dummy! Well... glad I didn't spend full price. Very awkward to hold, part of the design pulled off with the price tag, the finish nicks like crazy and they don't even stay as cold as other water bottle I have. Live and learn.
