Hello! The previous owners of our house painted this blue section of the brick wall with 2-part epoxy pool paint (Olympic). A waterfall does fall over this portion of the building which is their reason for doing so. However, we would like to paint the whole pool shed (cement block) with exterior paint in a color to match the house and other outbuildings. What primer can I use to coat over the 2 part epoxy before covering with exterior latex?
