I was given some very small dahlia cuttings; they were in an egg shell if you can imagine! That was almost 3 months ago and I haven't fertilized them yet. I just potted them up into one gallons and put some Osmocote in the soil. Their few roots did reach the bottom of the 4" pot. Could I folilar feed them with Fish Emulsion now or just let the Osmocote do it's thing. Our temperatures are 80-90 this week and will stay warm.
