That Bog Ass Fans Haiku may be a great fan but $750 for a 52" fan seems like a lot.

You need to provide the length, width, and height of the rooms AND the distances between the ceiling electrical boxes (if they already exist) and their respective walls. IMO the fandelier is just silly with 20" blades that will move little air.

I use FR-W1801-52L-MW - Modern Forms WYND 52 inch which doesn’t make a sound.

Imporant! Whether considering the Modern Forms WYND or any other light-equipped fan, confirm that the fan's light does NOT shine through the blades. If it does, you will see shadows swirling around the room when the light and fan are both on. I bought this Fanimation Studio Collection LP8577LMW which has this problem so I don't use the light and fan simultaneously.
