If in the shrub form, it should be fine. Salix integra is a dwarf, bushy willow and its roots are not nearly as aggressive as the larger, tree-type willows. But if it a standard or in a tree-like form, then it as been grafted to larger, more vigorous kind of willow and I would keep it a good distance away from the pool and any inground plumbing.
