Which wood look tile should I pick for my home in Hawaii?

I am changing out our carbonized bamboo flooring for tile. The color cannot be changed as it’s carbonized and I don’t want to do wood flooring again. As we have a pool with kids in and out dripping with water and so much sun coming in the windows that it really is harsh on hardwood. After weeks of looking at stone tile, porcelain stone look and wood look. I have finalized my decision down to these two porcelain wood tiles. They both would work I believe but having this in different sections of my home. I have been having a hard time deciding between the two. I like the gray or greige but concerned it might be too dark or not look right for Hawaii. Although the tile shop bought plenty of it and feels it will be a good seller. The other at times looks too pale or yellowish but I do love it too. I am wondering if might be too light. They have both in stock. The griege is a new tile for 2025. I probably will sell this home in the next 5-8 years and want to make sure I get a color that would appeal to most people. I have been to the tile store 6 times and brought multiple tiles home. This has been so difficult. Thank you for your help in advance!
