I personally wouldn't match the foyer to the bathroom. It doesn't need to be the same.

Would you be able to extend the wood flooring through the foyer and then select a tile for the bathroom?

Yes the tile is in the master bathroom and the secondary bathroom, foyer and laundry room

What else are you planning to replace other than the tile? It runs under all the cabinets in the bathrooms, I am sure.

I would not replace the granite - it's beautiful. They can probably run the new tile right up to the vanity.
