You need to show that floor plan with every solid wall, every single window, every passage opening wall, window opening, noted !! in LAZY American lazy feet and inches. This is a USA site: )

Do make your own measurements. The photos of the door and window widths do not look like they match the floor plan, but this could be due to camera lens distortion.
