Maybe put all the fixtures along one long wall to create the best walkway?

Floor plan with dimensions would help. Can the plumbing move? Toilet? What type of shower and size are you thinking of? Tile? Fiberglass surround? Shower Doors or curtain? Vanity and sink? Why a pocket door?

Thank you for the questions. Plumbing can move. Tile shower, as spacious as possible, with glass door. Everything can be moved within the space including changing where door to the hall is located.

Need ALL dimensions. Window, doors, vanity area, all dimensions.

That plan is not helpful It needs to be done on graph paper with every measurement clearly marked , moving toilets is a huge deal so have you already been given advice on that move ? IMO the shower acroos one end wall to wall so 5' x5' even . I am assuming this is also used by others not just the master bedroom? The floor plan needs to aslo include the bedroom and more info as to who uses the bathroom
