We're planning to move to Nice, France (Cote D'Azur). We have a lovely Plumeria in pot which we would like to plant outdoors there. Although the climate seems suitable in Nice, we don't see any Plumeria. The only one we saw outdoors in full ground, was in Menton in a Botanical Garden. Is it possible to grow Plumerias on the Cote D'Azur? Or is it still too cold in winter, although I never experienced any frost?
