Hi, I need suggestions for a sturdy, comfortable, supportive, water proof, tall gardening/farm boot.

I will be doing alot of walking in the boot. Mainly I need the sole to withstand shoveling into sometimes hard soil. I got a bad case of plantar fasciitis from stubbornly shoveling into dry clay type soil with a rain boot which had nothing other than a rubber sole with no insole. I deeply regret doing that. Can anyone suggest any brands or styles? Thank you!
