Add more art, but of a different scale/size than the art on the other wall OR leave it alone for now. Not every wall, or corner, in a house has to be filled with stuff!

It looks like you have neutral colors now, so any neutral colored artwork could work. However you might look at adding an accent color like dark green to the space. It might really make what you already have pop. So you could try some green accent pillows on the chairs, a green blanket, some green plants, and then get artwork with some green, cream, black and cognac. Below are two designs of ours. Notice the first is very neutral and the second adds an accent color, like blue, to the space.

I would hang those 2 pieces side by side horizontally, not vertically.

The art has been hung correctly, but it's mounted too high on the wall.

I lowered the art about 6"+/- in this photo below.

I don't think this seating arrangement is working for this room. I am envisioning 4 people sitting in the chairs as positioned and it's like everyone has been sent to a corner.

The chairs should be positioned diagonally from one another. Not sure you can do that with the coffee table selected.

Do not place another canvas on the opposite wall. Select something that is 3 dimensional.

If you have something to display, you could install a wall hung bookcase/etagere to display the items.
