How old is the stuff you have ?

Maybe there are spaces where you could steal some that is already installed to put where you need it then do something different in those spaces For instance if closets have that floor in them remove use it for the need and do a different floor in the closet

That would be a good idea, but unfortunately we dont have any spaces like that, unless we pulled up our kitchen island and took it from there.... that would put my marriage in danger I think :)

I am not sure who I would even reach out to about a list of distributors... A bonus wouldnt be out of the question, but I wouldnt know where to start.

I realize that time/light would have an impact, but I had 1 unopened box leftover that I have laid side by side and I am ok with the difference I see. I appreciate your comments tho!

how big is the island . Would there be enough flooring to use ? I see that is a perfect solution if enough flooring who cares waht floor is under the island .
