What can you do to or above those ledge walls in the basement?

The ledge wall is an extension off of a big wall that our t.v will be mounted on. T.v will be on the north wall and the ledge wall starts at the corner and is on the east wall. It is 7 ft long x 9” deep. I am looking for ideas to make it look intentional and what to hang on the wall above it so it is not distracting when watching t.v
