My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

FOTESS members (only), it's that time of the year again. Please consider signing up to be hostess for one or more months in 2026. Everyone always has excellent ideas.

You don't have to have your theme in mind at this point. It can be simple since we are "simple swaps" so don't stress. Also, as you know, if something comes up another member will be happy to trade months with you or simply fill in.
