You might try one of the Easy-off oven cleaners (blue can) which are safe for self-cleaning ovens. Amazon reviewers find them generally effective. But check the oven user guide for cleaning prohibitions.

It is cooking , baking, roasting buildup, you could use ammonia soaked paper towels-wear rubber gloves, run your exhaust fan to avoid the smelling salts effect- or run your self clean cycle, I presume this is either Electrolux or Frgidaire stove but yes the self clean does not eliminate 100% of the buldup. I have used ammonia on both the window surround and the glass itself for the odd spots remaining.
