What window treatments for room in 1913 house w varying window sizes?

What window treatments would you suggest in the room pictured below?

Room dimensions: 11'x18'

Windows on either side of fireplace: 29"x64" (x2 windows)

Window furthest left of fireplace: 44"x64"

Windows above built-in: 20"x64" (x5 windows)

From bottom of crown molding to top of built-in: 75"

Built-in: 132"x16"x27" (LxWxH)

This room is in a 1913 house that has been used as a business office since the 50s. The first floor has custom roman shades on almost all of the windows, and the second floor is a hodgepodge of curtains, wooden blinds, and naked windows. This room is on the second floor. As you can imagine with original windows and doors, this window-heavy room gets very cold in the winter and very hot in the summer, so insulation is a priority. Privacy is also a priority, as I tend to work late into the evening and feel safer when no one can see me inside.

I've been trying to pick window treatments for this room for over a year now and I just really need some advice/suggestions. Even if you just comment to agree that this is quite the conundrum, I would really appreciate it lol.

Would you put roman shades on all of the windows or just the standard windows (along the fireplace wall)? Would you suggest curtains instead? What color? What type of mounting? Would you even put something over windows/side-porch doorway? Do the roman shades need to match the color of the first floor roman shades? Would you do roman shades on the windows along the fireplace wall and curtains over the five-window wall above the built-in? Do the curtain and roman shade fabric have to match? Would you do roman shades and curtains on the fireplace wall windows, so that the curtains over the five-window wall don't look so random? Is there something else I can do to further insulate the windows/side-porch doorway without adding curtains? What other suggestions might you have for this room?

I have also included a photo of the rug in this room for your reference. Please let me know if you need anything else. Thank you so much :)

P.S. Does anyone else ever type a whole post in this app and then realize that they have to change their phone permission settings to upload pics, which causes the app to refresh, and you lose the whole post you just finished writing for 30 minutes... just me?
