This is an odd selection for paint placement. It looks like you ran out of paint or couldn't make up your mind where to paint. Either paint the entire room that color, or paint the whole room white.

Not sure why the picture molding spacing is different than below the chair rail. I would remove it. No one does an accent wall when the room has wainscoting and chair rail. Continue the green throughout the room. Select some art for the wall.

Select something other than a builder's grade light for over the dining table.

Also paint that tray ceiling area in the same color as the rest of the ceiling. Painting green it creates an unnecessary and distracting horizontal line at the ceiling.
