My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Need help with LG washer/dryer smart pairing & dual control

I don't think I will ever learn to stop buying smart appliances. I just dumped a "smart" Whirlpool washer/dryer that had to be the most buggy technology I have ever used in my life. Like it was programmed by grade school kids as a science project.

So now I "upgraded" to a "smart" LG washer/dryer which seems like it is an improvement but the smart pairing between the units is not working. And thus dual control also is not working. Before I write a novel about the problem, is there anyone here who is familiar enough to help me with this? My washer/dryer are dlgx6701b and wm6700hba.

Of course none of these features are mentioned in the printed manual or online documentation. What a mess.
