It looks like quite a lot of movement. I would call a foundation expert.

Is it a slab foundation. I've seen people reporting a lot of problems with slabs because of drought and not watering foundations (or whatever that's called) which can cause cracks in slabs. I imagine that can happen with other kinds of foundations also.

Wood-framed homes expand and contract. Framing in new homes will typically be drying out (and contracting) in the first year after construction--at least if the framing got wet during construction. That is the root cause of most drywall issues in the first year. After the first year, framing will expand and contract in response to seasonal changes in relative humidity, but it should be much less than in year one. If you want to minimize wood movement (and the attendant shrinking of wood trim, and drywall issues,) you'll need to maintain the relative humidity inside the home at constant conditions.

Have you had someone come out to inspect your home? It seems very odd for a 24 year old house to suddenly start having that much movement re: walls/ceilings/floors.

I find failing tape joints and corner bead to be common in older homes. My last home had a number of them between age 25 and age 30. It had no humidifier.
