Help with picture molding in office

I am in the process of finishing up my moody office. Our dining room across the way is set up with this chair rail and picture molding and I am trying to mirror it and to break up the dark walls but i'm unsure how to grid it. Pictures attached are how the dining room is set up, and what I am thinking but need help with the below questions:

- The one big wall: should i have 1 box or split into 2 boxes?

- On the small wall: should i wrap the box from the wall next to it since that wall is so small? Our dining room has a wall like this where the house builder wrapped it around so I'm thinking yes.

- On the walls next to the built ins: The shelf sets back further than the cabinets; so should i bring the box up top to be the same width as it is from the chair rail, crown, baseboard, etc? Or should i have it line up with the below box so they're even?

- On the window wall: I have no idea how to set this wall up, any ideas?
