They all look quite nice. Do you have a favourite? The ones with shades - does the colour of the shades come close to the colour of the upholstered chairs? The bottom one of the three - on my screen - the shades look quite white and your chairs and surrounding furniture pieces look creamy to me. I don't think I'd pair bright white shades with those choices.

I like the top picture - those shades look a little less bright white on my screen.

Do you need light to shine on the table? Or is the choice for uplighting more about aesthetics? I get very frustrated with very pretty light fixtures that don't throw much light and do more to light the ceiling than the table or counter space. I don't think the middle one especially is going to throw much light. Maybe a light with bulbs that face downwards instead of up - if the need for light on the table.

There is something about the top picture that I like best. I think the change in level is interesting.

Would you consider a drum shade? It wouldn't compete with the other decor in your room.

I like drum but since the space is so narrow , I want to keep the light open and light

I like a chandeliers to actually light the table not the ceiling

OP - @Margaret Brown.... the link for each product is the product name (followed by the word link in brackets) The links used to show a different colour and underlined.
