Design Input on Facade & Rooflines to Bi-Level Reno

last month

Looking to add an L shaped addition to the side of our bi-level. The short end of the L is two story to the back and the long side of the L we hope to be lofted to 13/14' at highest point and one story to save $.

We are short on creativity for the facade and the technical expertise to visualize the finished rooflines that will function and look good on this wide/deep an expanse. The width of the addition is 16' and the depth is 34' plus a small bump out for the entryway, but this could be flush

We have almost 12' feet from the bottom of our second floor windows to the ground level and would like the roofline to interfere as little as possible with the view out. At the same time we worry that the sloping roofline will look stylistically out of place. I also want to mix casements and double hungs to keep down costs. Is that done? Renderings are my own. Thanks for your help and thoughts!
