THey o where they work to take water away from the home so ask the guy who designed this but it look slike you will need one on the left for sure with a gutter that rons all across the front sloped to steer the water to the left .. There might be a way to hide it somehow but it looks complicated to me to have away to hide it since now the slope has been decided really
