My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
It appears to be some sort of Dracaena or cane plant. While they are farmed commercially in Central America (primarily for the houseplant industry), they are not native. Most species originate from Africa or nearby Indian Ocean countries.
Massangeana is not a species of Dracaena. Rather, it is a cultivar of Dracaena fragrans.........of which there are many cultivars. The example shown is most likely one of these.
